A delicious smorgasbord of fine meat, cheeses and accompaniments that vary depending on the occasion. Small Boards Serve 20-30 people.
Medium
Charcuterie Boards include meats such as prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, sausage and more! There are also arrtisan cheeses such as chevre, brie, cheddar, gouda and muenster. Medium Boards Serve 30 - 50
Large
Board such as these can feature all the above meats and cheeses plus dried and fresh fruits such as figs, apricots, dates, grapes, slices apples, berries and Vegatables like olives, carrots, peppers, and pickles. All of these boards can come with crackers, nuts, seeds, honey, speads, bread and preserves! Large Boards Serve 50+ depending on your party size!
